2680 – Booking Policy
A Reflection of Grace, Time & Professionalism
At 2680, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a boutique luxury salon, my time and services are thoughtfully tailored to provide you with the highest level of care. To maintain this standard, I kindly request that all clients respect the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value and may require full prepayment to rebook.
Booking Fee
New Clients a 50% booking fee is required at the time of making your appointment.
For services exceeding $200, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required upon booking.
This booking fee secures your time with us and will be applied toward your final service cost.
If you cancel within the required notice period, your booking fee may be transferred to a future booking. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may affect your service and could result in rescheduling and a partial service charge.
I always strive to accommodate you — however timing is essential to your bespoke experience.

It is best to phone or text to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations via Messenger or Instagram will be missed as those accounts are not monitored. So please do not use those platforms to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
